Smoothies are a fast, easy way to pack a lot of nutrients On-The-Go portable cup.
Start with these little steps and don't stop, keep building up with them, you will be surprised. They love to blend in smoothies and the messier it gets, the better the fun!
1. Choose fruits( banana, berries, apple, mango, etc)
2. Choose a liquid( almond milk, rice milk, water, coconut water, etc)
3. Add veggies ( raw spinach, kale, celery, carrots)
4. Add fiber( ground flax seed, chia seed, hemp seed)
5. Add flavor( fresh mint, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg)
6. Make it thicker by adding ( ice cubes, frozen berries avocado)

Banana & Orange Smoothie
1 banana
1 orange (peeled & sliced, or cubed)
1 cup of unsweetened almond drink, rice milk or water
1 Tbsp of sunflower seed
1 Tbsp of hemp seed
splash of vanilla extract
splash of cinnamon
ice (optional)
Place all of the ingredients in blender. Enjoy!
1 banana
1 orange (peeled & sliced, or cubed)
1 cup of unsweetened almond drink, rice milk or water
1 Tbsp of sunflower seed
1 Tbsp of hemp seed
splash of vanilla extract
splash of cinnamon
ice (optional)
